Returns Policy
We only accept returns on Renegadess garments in the event that you received a wrong
product from our end. Please do refer size charts (of ready product measurements) for
confirmation on sizes as product once made cannot be returned for size changes. For

To start a return, you can contact us at care.renegadess@gmail.com with relevant imagery
and information of your order and we will process an exchange/ refund within 24-48 hours.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to
request a return; or we will assume that you received the product in good condition and have
accepted it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,
unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or
proof of purchase. .
Shipping
Once your order is placed by you, you will get an email confirmation from us with your order
number and details of your buy. When the product is picked up by our delivery partners, the
tracking details will be shared with you so you are updated on the delivery status.
Products have different delivery time (stated on product page) We process orders as soon as
they are received and endeavor to deliver asap.
If there are any reasons for us not being able to process your order, or any unforeseen delays,
we will get in touch and keep you informed or proceed with the refund accordingly (If
applicable)..
